Shipping policy

We package and ship your purchase(s) within 2 business days or less of receiving notification of your order. If you have ordered a customized piece, it will take between 2-4 weeks for the item to be delivered.

The time it takes for the items to be received will vary based on the carrier you choose and where you live. When you choose the carrier, a time frame is given before you finalize your purchase. Please note, there is a .27 state mandated fee that must be collected for items shipped within the state of Colorado. There are no processing charges for shipping.

Delays that are out of our control such as weather, strikes and other extreme situations may delay delivery but you will be notified by the carrier you choose or directly by us if we are unable to fulfill the order within the time frames given above.  Please be sure to choose the carrier you feel is the most reliable for where you live and for when you would like to receive your purchase. We encourage you to visit UPS, DHL, USPS and FEDEX websites to see any postings they may have about delays in your area.
