Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You do not have to give a reason for returning it as long as it meets the previously mentioned criteria.

To start a return, you need to contact us at kim@khsilversmith.com or call (+1) 720-203-3575. When your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, within 5 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to let us know if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will replace or repair the item within 14 business days of receiving it  back in the studio.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Commissions, customized items or personalized items CANNOT be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We will not exchange items unless you received an incorrect or faulty item.


Refunds
We will notify you within 24 hours once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund has approved or not. If approved, you’ll be immediately refunded using your original payment method. Please allow 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If the refund has not turned up in the allotted time, please reach out to us so that we can investigate further at kim@khsilversmith.com or (+1)720-203-3575
